Open file using directory of currently active document
If checked, the folder of the current document will be used as default when opening a new file

Clean obsolete history files at start up
If checked, non-existing files will be deleted from the history of recently opened files, projects and workspaces.

Create Backup File
If checked, before saving a document, Twistpad will create a file with the contents prior to saving the file using the selected method (BAK extension or adding a ~ before the extension)

Detect when file is changed outside Twistpad
If Checked, Twistpad will warn if a opened file has been changed outside Twistpad and will prompt for reload. (Please note that reloading a file may cause lost of information)

Remember last new file syntax
If checked, Twistpad will remember what was the last syntax selected and automatically apply it when crating a new document.
